>>5931250The torso seems to be entirely new. It was a rubber overlay on the original figures, so you'd get a kind of "peek" at the skin underneath where the shirt tucks in. But on this figure the shirt sculpt continues on into the waist, no more flesh. What that means is they removed the chest joint the originals had...I think...it doesn't move on mine, so I think it's gone.
To me, that's no big loss, cause it only provided minimal movement anyway. Also everything swaps out really easily without much hassle. Always good.
But again, as someone who owns everything this comes with? Kind of a middling gain. For others that don't have this Ash at all? It's a damn fantastic deal. Outside of some paint variance (I kinda miss the 'sweaty' look the originals had), you're getting a better toy.
