Spirited away, little venice, viking village are too large.
Classic castle is also too large and it's derivative of the upcoming blacksmith, which Lego officially said is disqualifying.
Addams Family mansion would be nice and it's a timeless classic but it's already been turned down more than once so probably not. I would say it's also too big but it's licensed so it's not a big deal (see the upcoming Home Alone set)
