no fucking shit, organiic forms had that ability so they needed to use it. Maximals and Predacons didn't both independently fucking invent organic forms on the spot for that sole purpose. Organic forms are an upgrade of the transforming tech to disguise themselves, the ability to shield from radiation was just a bonus, NOT THE SOLE PURPOSE
