>>10933205That's your head cannon but the answer is lamer than that. The tubes are basically interface tubes/plugins to systems and shit. Similar to Perturabo cable head to interface with the logos armor. You see a lot of artwork of tech priests, Naval admirals and dudes with limb/eye replacements having random tubes all over the head and body. All of this is basically inspired from all the 80'-90s cyberpunk sci-fi style at the time. Just look at the nose tube you can tell it's inspired from Dune.
