Suz 4 is second best to me, and got legs I like the most, but belt is too plain.
Suz 2 is great too, but he comes with a regular plasma pistol, and I really want that funky Bolt pistol with linked mags. Suz 3 got the shield I like the most, but again, plasma and chest is kinda plain.
