Here are alternative accessory brands you can look into:
The DJ set, veggie market stall, vendo machine and ATM are all from playmobil. They a little short for 1/18 but scaled correctly otherwise, so what I do is put a little riser (see the DJ booth) to fix this.
The sofa and piano set are from Sylvanian Families. Almost everything they have fits 1/18. Especially for 3.75 figs. 4 inch figs can stand on the door ways of the sylvanian houses, but thats the only downside.
The firepit, trashcan and small cargo boxes are japanese capsule toys. Brands like Epoch and Re-ment make 1/18 scale pieces.
Finally, the green sofa is a scratch built piece I made. Made of rubber foam parts but you can easily make that with wood.
