When I did a similar email their customer serivce to troubleshoot something, they tried to bury and forget my email for nearly a month. They were careless enough to leave behind quotes from internal emails that they were hoping I'd forget and give up on the problem. In your case you're probably better off just buying a whole new needle/nozzle set.
So right now I'm thinking of primarily buying a Mr Hobby Procon SQ (for primer work). Maybe also a Sparmax HB-040 to replace the Badger, what do you guys think? The last Chinese Iwata AB clone (just to spray acrylics) I bought only had components for a siphon feed and not the side or gravity feed cup, so could you guys care suggest a specific seller on ebay or something so I can be guaranteed to get a gravity feed?
