Barron's car is somewhat identical, the wheels are supposed to be 1 or 1/2 plate higher, but it is impossible to do without sacrificing lights (transparrent 1x1 plates) on the back.
It is probably reasonable to add 2654 round plates to the bottom of the car to make it more sturdy if you are going to make it irl.
