McFarlane's SM would probably be about Primarch size in 1:18, but would take quite a bit of effort to deck it out with all the bits and bobs to make it look fancier.
It wouldnt be a stretch to pretend they're Custodes though, and they do go on special missions outside of the imperial palace, so maybe they could wear a normal power armor.
