>>10698414that's why Im such a fan of toys like that. they're the ultimate bang for your buck. but while you can still find hard rubber dinosaurs aplenty nowadays it seems like other discount store hallmarks like those monsters and chinasaurs have utterly disappeared. If I was incharge of a toy company of my own, I would, wiithout question capitalize on those now vacant niches with low cost toylines meant to homage those old toys. An idea I've had for years now is a trash pack competitor that homages those fingerpuppet monster toys. An entire range of just those guys complete with dor mei godzilla/chinasaur esc battle mounts and beasts of burden. Overtime I would probably even include mechs and playsets.
