I couldn't tell you what the figure was as I bought a 1:18 fodder pack from ebay and had no use for the armor as it didn't fit any of my figures. The character is Phantom from the dead f2p game, Dirty Bomb. His deluxe microtransaction skin version. I just loved the edgy design.
