I saw this video of sanding sticks from 120 up to 10k and wanted to try going up the line of sandpapers that I had myself because I never done it. I only have 400 up to 3k but my god this does not feel like the effort. My fingers hurt because I didn't have them on any kind of stick, and all I have to show for it is basically nothing. Scratched to shit at first, but now normal and basically what it was without that telltale plastic sheen. Do you really have to go up all the way to 10k for that look? Because I just don't think doing that to every piece is worth it.
