My Bricklink order hasn't arrived and it's been long enough that I'm sure it's been lost in the post. It wasn't tracked so no chance of recovering it. It was a cheap order so I'm not overly worried, but what's the etiquette for feedback in this situation? It wasn't the seller's fault so leaving neutral or negative feedback seems harsh. But it would also feel weird to leave positive feedback for something I didn't even receive. And not leaving feedback at all just seems dickish. What do? Should I place another order for the same stuff and leave feedback for both based on that?
