They released one set for each OT movie (the ESB set was the best by far, in my opinion), and they have a TFA set out now along with a set that includes some figures from the OT sets (though carbonite Han isn't included with that set).
The 3.75" Black Series carbonite Han is nice too though, and that's pretty readily available. I have it and I like it, but you can't stand it up because its edges are slightly angled.
