Even more exciting than KBs regular stores were KB outlets. They'd get incredibly weird and offbeat shit that I never saw at Wal Mart, TRU or even regular KB stores.
One of the coolest and weirdest things I got there were bootleg Gundams. They were these giant 12-15 inch figures made from enlarged mixed and matched Gundam molds in inaccurate color schemes. I've tried forever to find as much as a pic of one of these online to no avail.
I also remember finding the Kenner Alien/Predator Hive Wars figures there for the first time. I loved the Alien and Predator franchise and was so excited when I saw these. I went to toy stores ALOT and never say these anywhere else. The whole line was seemingly a straight to outlet release.
Mission Impossible figures with the removable rubber masks lol.
These little non-articulated style blind bag aliens... don't recall the name but they had numbers on their feet like table top figures...I think they came with individual bootleg Polly pocket/Mighty Max spaceships... but maybe that was two different lines I played with together that I'm confusing.
Marvel Toy Biz shit for days. I swear I never saw those 10 inch Marvel Universe figures anywhere else, nor the 6 inch Marvel Hall of Fame line.
