You know which Batman ended up being my standard one? The one with the damn lightning bolts all over it. I took the cape from one of my other Batmans and then I covered all the lightning bolts with a sharpie. It did not look good but at least it was a (by a child's standards) all black Batman action figure which was the next best thing to a gray one. And I know they did a real all black batman for the line that had some awesome movie-like greeble on him but I never found that one in the store either.
