I feel a lot of modern ships are too large, and while some look good I feel they've lost the spirit of what makes Lego great when you have these immense structures that can barely support themselves.
It's clear the system was not designed to build at this scale since the weight of the thing relative to the clutch power of pieces makes it fragile and unstable.
I prefer smaller ships that look good to these large behemoths. Lego (to me) was meant to be an attempt to reconstruct reality in a different form and aesthetic not try to reconstruct and emulate it 1:1.
