Disney hasn't put out any good designs for toys and has rather just rehashed everything from the past either recoloring it or simply making it larger and further harder to scale for toys. Everything new is also terribly gray, bland and human. While the prequels had their issues, Lucasfilm went above and beyond creating new vehicles, characters and enviroments for each individual film. They're calling for big changes in episode 9 after Solo somehow lost the studio money. Hopefully we see a change for the better.
