Caved in and got a copy of the new Echo figure and I'm really impressed with him. He's probably my favorite Black Series figure in recent years and my favorite figure overall right now. An interesting thing that I haven't seen anyone who has him mention is that Hasbro actually took the time to make his grapple attachment detachable at the claw and the barrel, along with adding peg holes on both ends to make it compatible with poseable wires. I thought this thing was going to be something I toss aside but I stole a wire from a Gunpla kit and now I'm considering leaving him with his stupid grapple gun. Echo went from being a meh figure when I saw the promo shots to being my favorite figure when I finally got him in hand.
