I was told that GameStops in Alaska wouldn't be getting them or the atomic blast Godzilla until late October when I bought Mothra last week when, lo and behold, this beady-eyed buzzard is staring at me upon entering a different GS this evening.
I had some minor setbacks with mine, but seem to have gotten them under control. The left wing's wrist hinge popped apart as I removed it from the package, so it had to be reglued and is perfectly fine now. The flight peg also gave me some trouble going in and it now leans slightly to one side, so I have to have him facing a certain way or he tips too far forward. Not sure if that 's how it's meant to be, but if not, I'm new to NECA and would like to know who to contact about it.
Regardless of all this, he's awesome and I really need to get a Godzilla to go with these two. I'm probably going to keep an eye out for the atomic blast version over the next few weeks since the first GS I went to said it'd be due the same time as Rodan in October.
