One or two instances where I got the wrong color of a piece like I ordered Metallic Silver but got Flat Silver, that is quite upsetting since Metallic colors are rarer and much more expensive, so I felt cheated, but I mostly only ordered 1 or 2 from them so there was no point in wasting the transaction fee on that difference...
