Yo tell that to parents and the media there is an uproar that you are fucking up kids future's because you are greedy and/or too poor. So this leads to a special reason that just happens to save you a lot of money. "No, we are not making cut backs because we have to, it's for the kids growth! We swear!"
Basically they rather look like new age crackpots than admit they are running out of money.
