>>6674928I would reassure you it was just a joke but I consider it more an indictment on the new Star Wars having really shitty vehicle and ship designs. They're either straight up reuse of the OT designs (TIEs, X-Wings), a grey tactical box (FO lander and snow speeder), or a box with elements reused from the OT (that Resistance B-Wing box lander). And one of the first sets we get from the first movie is the glorious hover box car.
That hardly means you can't like it. By all means, enjoy it as much as you like.
