Simple as fuck joints, but it's not like kid Goku has a way better range of motion that pic related on those joints, they're pretty much 90 degrees max too. I can tell, as I own both. Some simple balljoint ankles would give kid Goku the same amount of articulation on the feet than he has right now, too.
