Z-Bringer and J-Crosser also never got jack shit. Included in the count since Toei calls them Showa Riders these days.
Lastly Tentoro never got released but whether or not you want one is dependent on whether or not you want Tackle on a bike.
All of these can be resolved if you have enough skills and a proper 1/12 kit to work off of.
As a bonus, the cowl-less Cyclone that Ichigo rides every so often never got anything. For Nigo's old cyclone, you'll need to repaint the exhausts silver on the standard release to be accurate. The weird off-model Custom Cyclone with the logo slightly above the headlights also got nothing, and if you're OCD enough you can get a New Cyclone and put on the yellow paint/tape yourself for the Shocker Cyclone.
