For me, it would have to be some kind of backing for one of the Unicron trilogy Optimus Primes with one of their combining partners really amped up. Like Cybertron Optimus with Leobreaker that actually turns into a proper arm, or a Wing Saber that has shoulders. Alternatively, I'd love to a Haslab Nexus Prime that really looks like the original one from FunPub. But without the translucent plastic.
