There's a decent chance other figures will be compatible with the bike but it's very iffy because other characters have issues fitting into these. Figure-Rise Goku's hair gets in the way of the canopy and Figure Rise Gohan can sit in Vegeta's Space Pod but Goku can't at all
Figuarts are different size to Figure-Rises too so that's another potential problem
I'd say just wait until it comes out and see some pics; Bandai models kits are 90% kept in rotation/restock, so there's no danger of missing out on that bike forever
