What I suppose is the most controversial of the first batch of Classics.
But not in vehicle mode. Mirage's racecar mode is a very sleek and clean alt mode with no visible robot stuff. Even the underside keeps up a façade.
The only thing working to blow his cover is his own face peeking out from behind the windshield.
Besides the classic blue and white colour scheme Mirage is also covered in a bunch of referential sponsor tampos. Maybe the first tiem Hasbro had done something like this.
They include but are not limited to; "Witwicky Sparkplugs," "Lithonian Drivetrain," and "FP Racing," and "Plasma Injection Energy." Those two might be episode specific references that I'm just not picking up at the moment.
