I tried my best to get him out without damaging the card, however the plastic is glued directly to the card.
This means you have to leave that section attached to the card to maintain the image integrity.

This is as far as I could comfortably get his arms and legs out.
The right arm (left on the image) is difficult to move this far due to the shape and size of the pauldron.
The arms themselves can be twisted from the ball joint at the shoulder.
The elbow pads are separate pieces so the articulation at the elbow is only hindered going backwards. Although the elbow pads can be moved a tiny amount if its really needed.
The hands aren't great on articulation.
The hands can be spun all the way around at the wrist joint.
The movement of the hand is about 20 degrees up and down
The hands are fairly easy to get off and swap out for the pair that are opened a bit more.
The head can be spun all the way around as expects, however the movement up/down is little to none existent.
