Along with the mentioned Alien/Predator and Warhammer, there's Flash Gordon, cat people Avatar, Green Lanterns, the older Pacific Rim kaiju, but those are expensive now, & TMNT has Krangs, Triceratons, & Fugitoid.
While Star Wars Black Series hasn't made as many aliens as the proper 3 3/4 line, there are still some fun ones to be had, like the Gamorreon Guard, Molloch, Zeb, 4 armed monkey from Solo, and Jaxxon the green space rabbit.
4HM seem to be more willing to do bright outrageous colors colors with Cosmic then they do with Mythic, so almost anything can fit in with them.
