Looks a bit sad and pinheaded at first, but that's probably the case of the head being angled really awkwardly in the photo. The whole toy looks weirdly shot in general, everything looks so straight and stiff- the pylons aren't even positioned right. If his head were shot like the contrast leak here, he'd probably look better.
The battle damage however is inexcusable, especially since he's like the only Kingdom figure so far to have it.
