>>8374561If the ears are sculpt work you need to seriously consider buying some fine grit sandpaper. Top picture already show cracks and grooves near the edge of the right ear and the bottom picture shows fingerprints all over it.
The paint has decent coverage on the ears but looks especially thick on the whites of the face. At this point, I'm inclined to believe this is either from your primer on inadequate preparation of the model beforehand.
You are either brushing on the primer too thickly or you have not stripped the toy of paint beforehand or sanded down any imperfections which is causing all the lumpy and grainy textures on the face.
Case in point, this image is from /tg/ and shows you what truly clean white paint application looks like on a clean and prepared plastic surface. He was even kind enough to include the recipe.
