The only thing keeping him from perfection was his arms--his shoulders were simple swivels, he had no elbows, and he had a dumb missile firing gimmick going through his right forearm. His legs are just as well articulated as the other first-wave Turtles though, and he has a ball neck. Good sculpt and paint apps too. It's sad, he came so close.
