I said I'd keep you guys updated on the 1:32 Phantom, so here's as far as I've gotten at the moment. This is just mocked up, nothing's glued together yet and it'll all get clear coated and weathered before final assembly. I'm currently waiting for Micro Set to do its thing and hopefully get the damn decals soft enough to conform to the panels by the time I get back to work tomorrow.
I also noticed that despite the instructions just telling you to paint the seatbelts on there were actually a whole set of them on the decal sheet, so I put them on. I just wish I'd done it before I did a weathering pass on the seats.
Oh yeah, I also put a daylight LED bulb in my work light. Not only does it make it much nicer to work on the models, it also makes for much better photos.
