Anybody got any experience with this ? I placed an order on fireflies and asked if they could change the parcel value, they didn't mention anything so I asked again if it was possible to do it afterwards, just to know in advance, buy they replied saying they will re-ship through offline company and made me pay for this 1 dollar thing before I could even decide if I wanted to do it or not. Is the tracking for this the one I'll use for my order now? Because the original ended up stuck on "order recalled". I tried to asked them about it but they're not replying.
