I've 100% given up at this point and am just waiting to see if they will honor my refund request in the next couple days. If not I will go ahead with a dispute and happily spread this experience with screenshots to places like reddit/twitter or other collecting forums.
Gonna pick the figure up elsewhere and pay the extra late-tax of $50-60. Obviously I'll never ever order anything from them again either.
