>>11628568>using the anime sheet as a referenceEh, I'd sooner trust the manga than the anime which already changed some of the designs of the characters, and in that regard, I find the proportions of the SHF a lot closer to how Denji has been drawn in the manga where he's far from a lanky guy. I always felt like the S1 anime reference model made him too lanky-looking and yeah I guess the Total Anime is close if you prefer that. There's also the fact that the SHF can actually pull off far more dynamic poses as a whole and its height actually matches how tall Denji/CSM should be vs the Total Anime being way too tall.

Should be at least half a centimeter to a centimeter longer to get the silhouette right but they still made it too short. Nevermind how both the anime and the manga exagerrate the headsaw depending on the action scene so either way, the Total Anime comes up looking to small. Again it's a good figure especially if you're on a budget, but the SHF is leaps and bounds the better figure overall.

Maybe if you want to stick with the anime model sure, but most of the time it goes around the elbows in the manga and there's plenty of panels proving this. If we're being specific, the chainsaws CAN change how they sprout out of his arms so they aren't always set in a certain way. Even so, more often in the manga it goes around the elbows.
