The net on the engine deck is completely dry, the one on the guns is slightly damp on the underside, but otherwise also dry.
And desu it looks a bit nicer than when it was damp, and yeah I gotta admit I either put too much on it or it was too thick, maybe both. It is my first time doing this so I am content with the idea that it may not look perfect, but at least it doesn't look like a disaster (hopefully)
