As for what doll to put it on, you'll want to test out how the outfit fits on the different bodies I'd guess. That space outfit is from the older barbies with the big fuckin' oil drum torsos and tiny waists, so it'll look right on those, but it might fit baggy on the top with a modern body. So if you want to just display the outfit, get an older style body. If you want articulation for posing, one of those "gymnast" or "ballerina" barbies from the 90s have similar proportions but allow a fair bit of posing.
Of course, if you're willing to modify the outfit, you could -make- it fit whatever body you wanted, but that's up to you.
