Let's assume they're found guilty. It's a *civil* federal lawsuit, not a criminal one. So punishment would most likely be ''give the money you unfairly gained and we'll give it to the shareholders''. But that's pennies, so I doubt that's their goal. The real goal is to convince the judge to ban them from having CEO or board member roles ever again, meaning this is a coup to get the board taken over. Appointing Bowser and Vernon right now isn't a coincidence.

Why I believe this? I think the shareholders are getting the hint the brands are going to shit.

My two Zatanna arrived from GameStop this afternoon while I was hanging out with some friends. I had shit to do right afterwards so just brought the box inside. I was pissed because Fed Ex just dumped it outside our locked community room (mailroom), in the courtyard.
Mostly because it's a small box and the lazy fucking FedEx guy could have walked up one flight and put it at my front door AND because it rained before and during the drive home (so about 20 - 40 minutes).
Not sure if it actually rained in the suburbs but that was the weather report which the drivers should fucking know.
Unlike most of you, I haven't even cracked open the box because I was tired and I have adult patience. Besides, I don't want to be disappointed that I didn't get one plat and one regular but ended up with two of the same, like the last time I ordered two of something from GameStop.

Lacquer and enamel thinner will crack abs if you let them pool in one spot over time.

If you are spray painting, you should be fine. It is more of the using enamel thinner in the panel liner and removal that you need to worry about.
The thinner sometimes get into place you don't expect and breaks the plastic from the inside.

Even back like 20 years ago with their first saber figure, it has been full of really minor (and major) issue plaguing the line (company?)

The only one figure I think that received universal praises was King gainer
