>>10530287>>10533128They're called 'Slide Threads'. It's a form of spam where a person creates (and bumps) a random thread to force other, slower threads off the board. For a while, there was a guy using /tfg/ for this purpose, making a bazillion new threads all at once; the Retrospammer is another example, cluttering the board with threads asking disingenuous questions they have no actual desire to get an answer for - the point is to get bumps and push everything else off. The only real way to fight back is to have someone bumping the slower threads to keep them above 10 while reporting the slide threads as 'Spamming/Flooding', though there's nothing stopping the person (or people) who made those threads from just making more.
