Will humidifiers damage figures?

So I got a portable air-conditioner/humidifier for my office as it gets hot in there with my computer and lack of airflow from my apartments ac unit. Will my figures be at risk of damage from the humidity from it?

We’ll cool air will have a lower humidity and usually you want to store in a cool and dry place. A wiki how article I looked at said around 45% RH. Basically keeping the air at a reasonable/ comfortable temperature, with no big swings is what I would look to do.

Those things don't actually cool the air in a room. If anything it makes things worse. Unless you're in a super bone dry area, that thing won't help.

Not a good idea to put a humidifier in general. You'll have mold growing on your walls. As for toys if the RH% gets too high it'll accelerate plastics yellowing and metals oxidizing.

I ment my ac unit doesn't reach the room I have most of my figures in, hence why I was going to try this unit in there and the humidity in my area is pretty low, during the day it's below 30%. I'm worried about how this room gets to around 80* throughout the day because the sin shines on that room for the most part of the day and it doesn't help my computer is also in there to add to the heat, but again it's mainly dry heat

80°F? That isn't hot at all. If it's stuffy get a cheap, oscillating fan instead. Dumping moisture into a stuffy room will make it feel even hotter and introduce new problems. Maybe use a humidifier if you're getting chapped lips, dry eyes and turning into a mummy, but I would keep it at 50%~60% max
