>>10012732Because NA has a bad habit of not showing things off until they're well into production. By the time we see them, they're being cast, assembled, painted, and packaged and it's too late to get new molds for the fixed parts tooled and get them into production in tune for release. Not unless they want to delay the figure entirely just for it. Not saying that the situation is the way things should be but I at least fully understand the thought process behind it. Really though, what they should be doing is showing us the fucking renders to reveal things instead so they could get that feedback right away and do something about it before it's too late.
Also, while I fully understand the gripe people have with packaging the fixed parts with another figure later down the line, it genuinely hasn't been a problem for me because I already wanted the figure the fixed parts got packaged with. Yes, I'm annoyed that things turned out like that and that I'll have to wait for the next figure to fix a previous figure but I already expect to be buying the entire Dinobot team anyway so it's not like NA it's pulling the wool over my eyes just to get me to spend more money on a figure I wouldn't have wanted already. Especially when this is legends scale we're taking about here and legends scale collectors tend to be some of the biggest checklistfags and brand loyalists around so they were already planning to buy whatever NA put out once they jumped in with them.
