Unfortunately, it's not something that is available in the NECA scale. I have seen some people cheat the Diamond Select 1/24 Delorean for photos, but it's really half the size it should be.
NECA has been kind of coy about confirming on Twitter, but it sounds like there's a chance they could release a proper version one day. Personally, I'm hoping for a BTTFII version because I can hang it, flying, from the ceiling and save some space :)
They did show off an animated Delorean for their animated BTTF line at Comic-Con some time ago, but it hasn't actually been announced as something that's coming.
