Heroes and junk are all fine and dandy, but the Monsters have always been the best part of the D&D world. They start making some good monsters and tons of people will buy them, regardless if they care about D&D or not. They just have to make sure they skew towards the Fortnite/G.I. Joe scale in terms of quality instead of the Power Rangers/SWB end of things.
