It's entirely possible that they watched it for the first time with their housemate or a sibling while in lockdown in 2020 and that the experience was enjoyable and memorable and now 2 years later they no longer see their former housemate or sibling as often as they use to and miss those moments of sitting down enjoying a show together, which leads them to have nostalgic feelings for it.
