I love living in a place with essentially zero natural disaster risk. There'll never be an earthquake, or a flood, or a tornado, or a hurricane. The only way my stuff could possibly be damaged is if someone crashes a car through my front door.

Never had an earthquake, but had a nightmare once that I did and all my detolfs were just exploding around me in cinematic slow motion. All my figures were dramatically raining to the floor and breaking into pieces for what felt like forever. Honestly, one of the scariest dreams I've ever had.

Luckily Australia is smack bang in the middle of a tectonic plate. We leave all our earthquakes to New Zealand, God bless them.
There was one in Newcastle in 1989 though which is only an hour north from me, but I don't see that happening again any time soon.

No. I don't think there's really any way to earthquake-proof detolfs anyway, it it happens those motherfuckers are shattering. But I figure if an earthquake hits that's strong enough to significantly fuck up my collection, I will likely have much bigger worries at that point anyway.
