>>10071892Honestly, it was a vast improvement. The two guys weren't any less annoying, but at least they seemed to actually care about what they were talking about. The chick they had the first two years was just a cardboard cut out who clearly did not want to be there. This dude was the exact opposite and was much better at pretending to actually care about toys.
Overall, it was a meh event. Panels like these are always boring outside of the new reveals and really need live crowds to really make them seem worthwhile. With NYCC next weekend, Hasbro should just start doing "Pulsecon" from NYCC itself. Do stuff like Transformers and Star Wars as their own panels, then just combine pretty much everything else. Even if they just do a virtual panel with a few live hosts in the actual hall, it'll be better then just watching a buncha nerds at a desk being awkward in a completely silent void.
