>>10141017A lot of people all-in and I just don't see how they have the space for it. I do get what you mean though in terms of how long it takes waves to come out and all that, I understand it's just one guy and some chinese factory workers basically rather than a proper toy company, but it's taken 6-7 years since the line was announced before you could make an obligatory "T.Rex vs. Triceratops" sort of display.
I understand the whole "re-use molds for other figures" thing, it makes sense, and I'm sure theres budget reasons per-line, but it's still annoying. It's nice that it seems like there's more variety in the future though. Allosaurus is probably my favourite dinosaur and I had no idea when, if ever, I'd be able to get a BotM figure of one, let alone some morrison formation pals to go along with it. But seems like both an Allo and a Stego are in the forseeable future now, and not relegated to some sort of "Allosauroid" and "Thyreophoran" waves over the course of like 10 years or something.
In the end though I buy these at retail, I don't mess with the kickstarter, and I only buy what I want, so far my only issue I've had (and I consider it major), is that the plastic on the upper inner thigh of my adult Trike had a tear in it out of the box, and I have no idea how I'll repair that if it ever gets worse.
