I love the long saber mistakes of the early potf figures.

So goofy, and then when they switched to shorter sabers they had a bunch of mixups like a long saber in a short saber packaging tray, short in long etc.

I actually prefer the long sabers, at least on those earlier figures. The figures themselves are cartoonishly exaggerated, might as well extend that design philosophy to their accessories as well.

My aunt used this very figure to talk to my mom about unrealistic body images in toys, comparing it to my sisters' barbies. My mom didn't want my sister playing with barbies but my aunt pointed out this toy looks nothing like how Luke has ever looked, nor Mark Hamil. I was kinda hoping Disney would've jacked up 60 year old Hamil for the ST but no luck

It was a dumb attempt at additional play value to go with the ridiculous muscles they put on everyone. They were thinking longer saber = better and more fun to have duels with.
